We love shooting weddings in Ottawa since it’s practically our second home. So you can imagine how thrilled we were to be shooting yet another wedding at the Marshes Golf Club which happens to be nearly down the street from Magda’s parents place!

This summer has been a wonderful one for weddings, in terms of weather. None of these typical super humid and steamy Saturdays like last year, but instead sunny, hot, but very very nice! Larissa and Jeff’s wedding day was exactly one of these perfect days this year. Both Magda and I arrived at Larissa and Jeff’s respective getting ready places in the morning and were greeted by warm smiles and all around happy family and friends.

We had an absolute blast spending time with both Larissa and Jeff and their families! The bridal party was large but super amazing to work with and the touching speeches and ridiculous dancing made for an awesome night.

I can’t say enough about the wonderful people we get to meet and work with in this line of work. Kyla is one of three sisters, one of whom we already had the pleasure of working with! We photographed Katrina and Kari’s wedding years ago and that’s when our relationship with the wonderful Feasby family started.

Fast forward to last year when Kyla got engaged, and we get an email from them asking to capture her wedding as well! We were ecstatic!

While Katrina’s wedding was at the Royal Ottawa Golf Club, Kyla and Craig chose the beautiful Marshes Golf Club in Ottawa as their place to tie the knot. Complete with an amazing dj slash live performer and a very pretty outdoor ceremony, everyone had an absolute ball. It is really flattering that we are able to come back and work with the same family for a number of years, and it’s also quite something to reconnect and see how their relationship grew over the years!

We wish Kyla and Craig a beautiful life together, and we can’t wait to see them again at her third sister’s wedding next year! Your family is amazing, thank you! Here are our favourite images from the day.
